Content Audit Strategies to Improve Client Journeys
Hosted by the FFW Center of Excellence
Friday, May 4, 2018, 11 AM - 1 PM EDT
With so much emphasis on data collection tools and strategies, it is easy to overlook the importance of consistently generating high quality, meaningful content built around your organization’s core competencies.
This new class builds on our experiences helping clients audit their web content and identify opportunities to improve client journeys. In this class you’ll learn:
Who are the key stakeholders to involve in a content audit
The importance of mapping your site’s existing information architecture
How to catalog your content and identify gaps and opportunities
How to use findings from your content audit to inform your content strategy
This course does not require any prior preparation, and students do not need to bring specific materials.
Why is this class free? Providing this class free of charge is one of the many ways we give back to the open source community.
